Having been part of Salesforce implementations that reach from facilitating Medical Device Sales Rep processes to Online Banking end user involvement, Chris has been able to grow an understanding of CRM business process implementation and optimization across many different fields - finding the comonalities that help the efficient use of a CRM system in any business model.
Chris has a strong drive towards simplification of processes and user adoption by way of demonstrating the benefits by implementing the necessary change management on all levels of an organization.
